The only modification reported by the seller is a manufacturer-developed steering system upgrade kit.
Founded in 2007 in Eugene, Oregon, Arcimoto designed and manufactured three-wheeled electric vehicles for recreation, business deliveries. The FUV — short for “Fun Utility Vehicle” — was the company’s flagship model, offering an open-air cabin, tandem seating, and an electric powertrain capable of cruising at up to 80 miles per hour. While Arcimoto still exists as of 2025, vehicle production was idled in 2023.
Power comes from a pair of electric motors, which draw electricity from an 18.1-kilowatt-hour lithium-ion battery pack to zap the front wheels with 77 horsepower. Arcimoto quotes a maximum driving range rating of up to 102 miles in the city and up to 32 miles when traveling at 70 mph.
